1. Return Policy You may return your E-Carpet rug within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return Costs Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
